Production Director Childrenswear

La figura sarà responsabile dello sviluppo collezione e della produzione della linea bambino/a nello specifico, coordinerà le funzioni:
Production Kids (CQ Esterno e Avanzamenti), Product Development Kids, Tailoring Kids e Pattern Making & Markers & Sizing Kids.

Tra le responsabilità:
Production:
garantire la disponibilità dei prodotti della linea Kids abbigliamento e accessori (guanti, cappelli, plaid) / conto lavoro e commercializzato, secondo le tempistiche prestabilite nel calendario commerciale e nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi. Analizzare la capacità produttiva, definendo l’assegnazione del pacchetto produttivo con l’obbiettivo di garantire una corretta fornitura, negoziando altresì le condizioni migliori di fornitura, gestendone i contatti e supervisionandone l’operato direttamente o per il tramite dei tecnici controllo qualità;
Product Development:
garantire la realizzazione delle Collezioni Kids nel rispetto degli input ricevuti dalla Direzione Fashion Design, monitorando l’avanzamento delle attività di prototipiae campionario, nel rispetto del calendario di Collezione e dei budget previsti dalla Direzione, coordinando direttamente Uffici Prodotto, Modelli e Industrializzazione e interfacciandosi attivamente con Ufficio Acquisti, Magazzini MP, Produzione. Organizzare e coordinare le attività delle risorse e le risorse stesse preposte all’area:
modelli, cad, sartoria interna;
Modellistica:
recepire e supervisionare immagine ed esecuzione técnica di vestibilità, cartamodelli, sviluppi e confezione di input della Direzione Fashion Design per la fase di prototipia/campionario, garantendo le tempistiche prestabilite a calendario aziendale;
Confezione:
garantire la corretta realizzazione dei capi di campionario e piccoli lotti di produzione secondo le tempistiche richieste dal cliente in caso di special o customizzazioni e secondo le tempistiche previste dal calendario delle attività per eventi e sfilata, nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi aziendali.

Requisiti:
Esperienza analoga di almeno 15 anni presso aziende del lusso Kidswear (must have) che prevedano organizzazioni industriali complesse (plant diretti e produzione c/terzi);
Esperienza nella gestione di team corposi;
Determinazione, ottima gestione dello stress, forte sensibilità nella ricerca, flessibilità, inclinazione al confronto di squadra e fortemente passione.
