Area Service Manager

The Area Service Manager will report directly to the Service Manager and will oversee the aftersales services by liaising with suppliers and support centers - as well as with Enex’ team - in order to actively resolve product issues. This is a role requires 50% travel (in or outside Italy) and 50% headquarter presence in Treviso.
The applicant will be in charge of:

- Start-up assistance
- Remote startup assistance through monitoring systems
- Remote startup assistance through phone
- On-site startup assistance
- Coordinating with clients for pre-startup requirements (videocall or visit)
- Preparing post-commissioning intervention reports for internal quality evaluations
- Commissioning reports posting for warranty activation

Service
- On-call assistance through phone
- Remote assistance through monitoring systems
- On-site service interventions coordination for major problem solving
- Identifying spare parts codes upon customer offers requests and interact with back-office
- Preparing post-service intervention reports for internal quality evaluations
- Holding on-site and in-house technical trainings for clients in different languages
- Coordination and implementation of After Sales Technical centers
- Handling of warranty extensions

Warranty
- On-call assistance through phone
- Remote assistance through monitoring systems
- On-site service interventions coordination for major problem solving
- Identifying spare parts codes upon customer claims and interact with back-office
- Preparing post-service intervention reports for internal quality evaluations
- Authorizing warranty claims
- Technical pre-analysis of warranty returns
- Coordination of returns flow with other departments

**Requirements**:

- Over 5 years in HVAC or Commercial refrigeration installation and/or service experience (operative roles are a plus)
- English language (at least B2) - French and/or Spanish are a plus
- Knowledge of main controllers brands (Danfoss and/or Carel and/or Eliwell etc.)
- Knowledge of main remote monitoring systems (Danfoss and/or Carel and/or Eliwell etc.)
- Handling of service interventions through external technical centers coordination
- Training of authorized technical centers
