Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Guest Relations Agent per un'importante struttura ricettiva sita ad Isola Verde. Il contratto avrà inizio ad aprile e terminerà a settembre.

Principali responsabilità:

- Accogliere e assistere gli ospiti, fornendo loro informazioni e supporto durante il loro soggiorno
- Gestire le richieste degli ospiti e fornire informazioni sulle attività del villaggio, escursioni e territorio, assicurando un servizio di alta qualità
- Risolvere eventuali reclami o problemi degli ospiti in modo cortese e tempestivo
- Collaborare con il team
- Gestire le emergenze

Requisiti:

- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
- Cortesia e disponibilità nell'interagire con gli ospiti
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese o tedesca
- Capacità di lavorare in team e gestire situazioni di stress
