To strengthen our global Digital Business Development team, we are looking for a CRM B2C & Digital Marketing Manager to shape Loacker’s consumer CRM business service and digital marketing endeavors. Working with various markets and areas of the business you will drive the brand data gathering and the generation of actionable insights to help better serve our consumers, ultimately increasing their loyalty to Loacker.**YOUR TASKS**
- Own and drive the CRM B2C vision, strategy, and roadmap execution
- Oversight of overall CRM B2C business service activities and development, advocating for its iterative and incremental evolution, oversighting the project budget
- Inspire CRM B2C adoption, ensuring also that roles and processes are understood and executed within the organization
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity within the context of the CRM B2C business service and via the consumer data available
- Ensure the operational effectiveness of the business service acting as a functional consultant and advisor in a cross-functional setting
- Enable local market’s teams to drive customer engagement, experience & retention across touchpoints and channels, supported by KPIs and dashboards
- Safeguard the adherence to data protection legislations
- Align with stakeholders (local markets and other global departments) and their requirements as well as with Loacker’s vision and strategy
- Implement consumer level analytics, deliver easily digestible analysis that generates tangible benefits across customer engagement, advocacy and when relevant commercial transactions
- As part of our global Center Of Excellence (COE), be a driving force in defining, implementing and rolling out guidelines and best practices on topics regarding CRM B2C and Digital Marketing leveraging marketing tools & tactics

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Experience in the realizing and driving CRM strategies and solutions to leverage consumers, sales and behavioral data
- Strong digital marketing background and experience with MarTech platforms as well as E-Commerce products
- Ideally, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Customer Insights and Microsoft PowerBI
- Hands on involvement with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Web Analytics services, websites and digital experience platforms (DXP) is a plus
- Be a fast learner with a distinct business acumen to be capable of understanding our business, its value drivers, and the data it generates
- Self-motivated and self-managing, proactive and with strong organizational skills
- An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility
- Excellent knowledge of English and one language among Italian or German
