**User Experience Designer (UI/UX)**

Da inserire presso la nostra sede operativa di **Lecce (LE)**

**Attività**
- Studio dei requisiti di progettazione per l'esperienza utente per i prodotti FoolFarm, Foolers Village e delle Start-up;
- Sviluppo di una strategia di progettazione UI/UX completa per i nostri prodotti;
- Produzione di soluzioni di progettazione UX di alta qualità attraverso wireframe, design visivi e grafici, diagrammi di flusso, storyboard, mappe dei siti e prototipi;
- Progettazione di elementi UI, strumenti dell'interfaccia utente e siti web statici;
- Progettazione di Design System;
- Effettuare sperimentazioni ed MVP da poter validare e successivamente scalare, gestendo e supportando sessioni di user testing;
- Test di elementi dell'interfaccia utente come CTA, banner, layout di pagina, design di pagina, flussi di pagina e collegamento a landing page;
- Lavorare in sinergia con gli altri dipartimenti aziendali (Tech, Prodotto, Marketing, Start-up), affiancandoli durante lo sviluppo delle librerie del design system, interagendo con stakeholders e Product owner nella raccolta dei requisiti e presentazione delle proposte evolutive del prodotto.
- Monitorare l’esperienza utente con analisi qualitative e quantitative per apportare miglioramenti e risolvere incongruenze.

**Requisiti**:

- 5 anni di esperienza lavorativa come UI/UX Designer o ruolo simile;
- Portfolio dei lavori di UI/UX design;
- Ottima conoscenza di tool UX come Figma, Sketch o simili;
- Ottima conoscenza della suite Adobe;
- Ottima conoscenza di Responsive Design;
- Buona conoscenza di HTML5 e CSS3
- Conoscenza di base di SASS e JavaScript (ES5 e ES6)
- Forte interesse/passione per il mondo start-up, con particolare riguardo per il mondo Digital e Deep Tech.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €25.000,00 - €35.000,00 all'anno
