AXA Partners Italy sta ricercando un Junior International Underwriter per la sede di Roma ,che si occupi della determinazione del prezzo del rischio.
Lavorare nel dipartimento Tecnico di AXA Partners CLP significa lavorare in un contesto dinamico, in crescita e internazionale, con una particolare attenzione all'imprenditorialità, all'iniziativa e allo sviluppo personale.
In questo ruolo la risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Determinazione del prezzo dei prodotti Income Protection, Credit Protection Insurance e dei prodotti GAP;
- Redazione di risposte a bandi di gara;
- Fornire competenze in termini di prodotti, mercati e sottoscrizione nelle regioni dell'Europa meridionale;
- Fornire una comprensione e una conoscenza esperte del mercato CPI e lavorare in collaborazione con il team di vendita per garantire che AXA rimanga competitiva e rispetti le normative e le linee guida;
- Redazione e revisione di accordi, contratti e condizioni generali utilizzando modelli forniti dall'ufficio legale;
- Coaching, consulenza e supporto tecnico al team di vendita e ad altre funzioni come finanza, operations e servizi legali negli affari quotidiani;
- Sviluppo / miglioramento del prodotto;
- Rapporti periodici sull'attività di sottoscrizione.
**Your Profile**
Richiesti conoscenza del mercato assicurativo italiano e capacità di negoziazione, presentazione e comunicazione con la forza vendite e con i responsabili della gestione del rischio.
Richiesta Laurea Magistrale in materie scientifiche: Scienze statistiche Attuariali, Statistica, Fisica, Matematica.
**Skills**:
- Ottime capacità interpersonali e chiare capacità di comunicazione;
- Abilità analitiche, creative e organizzative;
- Esecuzione meticolosa e dettagliata assumendoti le responsabilità;
- Competenze linguistiche: italiano livello madrelingua ed inglese min B2. La conoscenza della lingua Francese sarà considerata un plus.
- Ottime capacità di utilizzo di Microsoft Excel, conoscenza pacchetto office.
- Fondamentale conoscenza SAS, R Studio, Python.
