**In Food Business Unit, we help food packaging manufacturers and brand owners develop the most sustainable packaging while safely delivering healthy and tasty products to consumers. We are looking for new **Marketing Communications Manager **to take responsibility for marketing campaigns and activations to support in achieving Global Food Packaging BU’s business goals. You will be responsible for the yearly Communication plan and strategy, designing tactical marketing campaigns for demand creation and lead generation, including content marketing and product marketing campaigns, lead management in cooperation with Sales and Business Development Teams, as well as product launches and events. In addition, you will support the BU’s public relations work together the with the BU Sustainability and Public Affair Manager.

This is a permanent position based in Europe, with an opportunity to work fully remote.

**As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Yearly Communication plan, strategy and execution, in full alignment with Global Food BU Management and with the Corporate communication team.
- Tactical marketing campaigns and GTM - Develop Go-to-Market programs and content campaigns optimized for the customer journey to create demand and generate leads
- Lead management - Generate leads, nurture leads, hand over leads to Sales using marketing automation tools
- Branding of offerings - naming, value propositions etc.
- Sales tools and trainings to support Sales team
- Communications for the BU including press releases, content related to offerings, trade media contacts, as well as internal communications.
- Marketing Communications KPI’s - Agree and implement KPIs for marketing communications activities to measure business impact
- Ensure brand compliance - Ensure that all marketing activities, content, and materials are in compliance with group brand

**To be successful in your role, you need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent field
- Experience in modern & digital B2B marketing communications, both AtL and BtL
- MarCom competencies and experience: deep knowledge and experience of managing B2B Marketing Communication, in particular Tactical Marketing campaigns and GTM, Lead Management, Branding and Naming, Tradeshows planning and management, Sales tools and Trainings, Communication and Brand Compliance
- Business and Products Insight: You know how businesses work. You keep up with current and possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization (Compliance, Brand positioning, Innovation and Product launches), the competition, and in the marketplace.
- Collaborative skills: You are able to work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives and partner with others to get work done.
- Financial Acumen: Capability to manage a MarCom Budget and report on it
