**About You**:
As the HR Business Partner, you will lead HR practices and objective in Italy Business both for the Consumer (Kimberly-Clark) and the Professional (Kimberly-Clark Professional) businesses.

You will be responsible to support Leaders in being able to navigate in a constant changing environment to accelerate performance through our people, our culture and our organization. You will shape and develop the HR agenda, as well as drive the execution of key initiatives, coordinating with business leaders and Centers Of Excellence (COEs) on the program needs for Italy. Furthermore, you will connect and translate Global, EMEA and Western Europe people strategies ensuring that the local/Italy people plan is relevant and meaningful.

Moreover, you will provide the right employee experience, cultural environment, capabilities and organizational design that promotes a high-performance culture. Your drive will be important to ensure the business is set up for success from a people perspective - both now and in the future.

The role reports to the Western Europe HR Director, Consumer, and is an individual contributor (no direct reports).

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Strategic trusted advisor and partner with senior leaders on initiatives to drive Italian business results
- Budget responsibility.
- Preserve organizational health and shape culture
- Own organizational design and drive organizational effectiveness
- Work with COEs to deploy global standard programs and processes (i.e., Calibration)
- Lead Italy HQs and commercial labor relations
- Escalated Employee Relations case resolution
- Own Inclusion & diversity strategies to enable achievement of representation and inclusion goals
- Accountable for embedding change management relating to People Strategy and Service Delivery Model
- Responsibility to build HR Capability & support careers

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:

- Previous experience as HR Business Partner in the Italian market
- Experience in owning, leading, and driving workforce planning via sound headcount, expenses and budgets management taking into consideration the overall P&L.
- High level of understanding of the business and of internal and external data metrics to support decision making on local people plans
- Ability to think and act strategically while delivering operational excellence
- Excellent interpersonal relations skills and a successful track record of partnering with executives delivering superior business results
- Strategic thinker, fast learner, agile and curious approach, action-oriented
- Strong Leadership and Influencing Skills
- Fluent in English & Italian is required
