Responsabilità

Cosa farai

Verrai inserito nel team Technology e avrai l’occasione di crescere e sviluppare forti competenze con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare i processi di pre-sales, post-sales e tutti i processi interni all’azienda tramite automazioni digitali. In particolare:

- Aiuterai a gestire il CRM e a coordinare i flussi di marketing automation;
- Individuerai e successivamente ti occuperai della manutenzione degli strumenti di automation che consentano di gestire in forma scalabile le comunicazioni pre-sales e post-sales;
- Collaborerai con i team di product design, customer success, amministrazione e marketing, anche con strumenti analitici, al fine di migliorare i processi aziendali e fornire informazioni rilevanti ai vari reparti.

Cosa stiamo cercando

La selezione prenderà in esame i seguenti requisiti necessari per il ruolo:

- Conoscenza di Autopilot/Ortto o altre piattaforme di marketing automation;
- Forti competenze di comunicazione verbale, scritta e visiva
- Capacità di organizzazione delle attività per il rispetto delle scadenze previste
- Conoscenza e passione per il mondo digital
- Conoscenza base (scolastica) di un linguaggio di programmazione (es. Javascript)
- Laurea in ingegneria gestionale o similari

Requisiti preferenziali

Verrà considerato un plus

In fase di selezione verrà considerata come un plus la conoscenza e/o esperienza di:

- Esperienze pregresse nel campo SaaS
- Conoscenza e/o utilizzo di gestionali HR
- Gradita anche la conoscenza di Intercom o altre piattaforme di conversational relationship management;
