Il nostro cliente è una società operante nel settore della realizzazione di packaging per il settore cosmetico.
**Posizione**:
Per il potenziamento dell'area Project Management siamo stati incaricati di selezionare una figura di Project Manager cui affidare la responsabilità della gestione die progetti dalla prima interfaccia con il cliente fino alla spedizione del prodotto.
In particolare, la persona si occuperà di
- raccogliere e definire assieme al commerciale e al cliente i requisiti e i dettagli del prodotto da realizzare;
- coordinare tutte le funzioni coinvolte ( acquisti, qualità, ricerca e sviluppo, progettazione, pianificazione della produzione) affinchè le attività
vengano svolte nei tempi concordati;
- gestire il budget di progetto;
- definire assieme al cliente eventuali modifiche in corso d'opera;
- dare i giusti input alla pianificazione della produzione e alla logística affinchè il prodotto venga preparato e spedito nei tempi corretti.
Il ruolo prevede il costante e continuo contatto con i clienti rappresentati da importanti aziende a livello internazionale
**Requisiti**:
Per ricoprire il ruolo è necessario aver maturato un'esperienza di 3/5 anni in ruolo analogo presso realtà operanti nel settore cosmetico, alimentare, farmaceutico o nello stampaggio di materie plastiche caratterizzate da una produzione "make to order".
La persona gestirà direttamente i rapporti con clienti internazionali pertanto è necessaria la conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di quella francese.
Completano il profilo ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione e la capacità di gestione di progetti complessi.
