Here at Prima, the UX Writers take care of content and information provided through different channels, play the role of the users’ advocates and give a voice to the product.

As a UX Writer, you will write and manage content, driving users along the journey. You will be part of the UX Area and you will closely work with Designers and other Writers, Researchers and Analysts, Product Managers and Developers.

Here are some of your **key responsibilities**:

- You will write copy and microcopy for websites, portals, and flows.
- You will design the content and define the information hierarchy.
- You will manage the content through CMS.
- You will cooperate with Designers, Researchers and Analysts.
- You will run research and test activities on the content.
- You will work on documentation and support Developers during the implementation.

**What are we looking for?**
- You have 2 or more years of experience as UX Writer, Content Designer, Copywriter or similar roles in digital companies or web agencies.
- You have a mother-tongue level of Italian and a good level of English.
- You have excellent writing skills and can work on both microcopies and long copies.
- You have strong knowledge of UX Writing, UI Writing and Content Design.
- You have good knowledge of Content Strategy and Information Architecture.
- You have basic knowledge of SEO.
- You have basic knowledge of Content Research and Analytics.
- You have basic knowledge of UI and visual design.
