We’re looking for an **International Marketing Manager** to give our business a global footprint, defining strategies and managing relations with commercial stakeholders, understanding consumers and defining portfolios. This resource will be essential in supporting the internationalisation of our Group, which now sells its products in over 70 countries.

In our Company you’ll have the opportunity to grow and prove your skills, playing an active role in the international development of our “Made in Italy” entrepreneurial excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate actively in the definition of a global strategy for the business unit, establishing vision, long term goals, geographic prioritization, portfolio definition, and innovation pipeline by country and channel.
- Input International Markets requirements into the strategies of the Group, ensuring key insights are factored into the brands’ expression and innovation pipeline.
- Define the international product portfolio for Bauli to win in strategic markets.
- Define the international brand strategy that will guide all international efforts.
- Ensure consistency between global and local brans, pack, and communication efforts.
- Guarantee Bauli’s packaging & labeling adhere to international guidelines and regulations.
- Work in collaboration with subsidiaries and distributors to select the most effective marketing mix to support Bauli’s efforts internationally.
- Craft a distinct, consistent, and recognizable display and visibility strategy for Bauli’s brand portfolio across priority channels in international markets.
- Play an acive role in the commercial relationships with key global retail operators (i.e. EATALY, Autogrill, and Global Travel Retail accounts like Dufry and GTS) that can help establish Bauli’s brands as a global reference of Italian quality.
- Work with stakeholders to define investment parameters and drive awareness, consideration, and preference for Bauli’s brands in selected priority markets worldwide.

**Requisiti**:
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

- Strong marketing fundamentals, built in recognized FMCG ‘school’ companies.
- Extensive exposure to international markets, ideally having lived and worked in at least one foreign country.
- Superior communication skills. Collaborative style, able to work across teams with different cultures, and personalities
- Skilled at synthesizing data into actionable findings and recommendations.
