A Marketing Intern will work closely to the Marketing Executive to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan to increase hotel brand awareness.
**What will I be doing?**
Specifically, a Marketing Intern will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement project ideas
- Support the development of promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events
- Contribute to organize social events and journalist / influencers visits
- Support in writing marketing text and keep Hotel's promotional materials up to date
**What are we looking for?**
A Marketing Intern serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Excellent communication skills (Italian & English mandatory)
- Detailed-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Strong design skills (experience with adobe or similar - Canva - would be an advantage)
