Manufacturing Supervisors

**Il contesto**:
Il nostro cliente è un’azienda leader nel settore farmaceutico e si occupa di produzione di medicinali salva vita.

**Il ruolo**:
La risorsa inserita in qualità di Manufacturing Supervisor in uno dei reparti produttivi (Packaging, Formultion, Filling, Visual Inspection) presenti nello stabilimento di Sesto Fiorentino (FI), riporterà direttamente all’Operations Manager dell’area di riferimento e sarà responsabile della gestione di un team di operatori chimico-farmaceutici sulle linee di produzione, collaborando quotidianamente con il Team cross-funzionale di reparto.

**Mansioni e responsabilità**:
**La risorsa si occuperà di**:
Coordinare le attività produttive a l’interno del team assegnato
Partecipare a l’elaborazione dei piani di produzione e garantirne l’esecuzione reagendo prontamente ai possibili inconvenienti
Guidare i processi di miglioramento del processo produttivo
Assicurare il rispetto delle norme di comportamento in aree GMP, le procedure di vestizione, la data integrity e le procedure operative di processo che regolano la manifattura farmaceutica, norme di sicurezza e di protezione ambientale
Controllare, verificare e sottoscrivere le operazioni di processo riportate sui fogli di lavoro
Eseguire, su richiesta, investigazioni su deviazioni e scrivere i relativi rapporti
Gestire l’inserimento di nuove risorse nel reparto e collaborare proattivamente e costantemente al processo di valutazione delle persone
Gestire l’attività di training dei collaboratori
Incoraggiare e sostenere la collaborazione tra il personale a turno e il Team cross funzionale di reparto, garantendo supporto nelle fasi organizzative e di analisi in linea

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, maturata in contesti aziendali strutturati
- Laurea Triennale o Magistrale ad indirizzo scientifico (Ingegneria, CTF, Chimica, Biologia, ecc..)
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo richiesto B2)

- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni anche a ciclo continuo
- Ottime capacità di leadership e problem solving
- Continous Improvement mindset

**Tipologia contrattuale**:
Assunzione diretta in azienda a tempo indeterminato, CCNL CHIMICO FARMACEUTICO, l’offerta economica sarà definita in fase di colloquio

**Orario di lavoro**:
Full time, su turni da lunedì alla domenica con riposi.
