- In Eni siamo alla ricerca di una/un **IT Investment Portfolio Office Lead** che, all’interno di Plenitude, si occuperà di svolgere le attività per la gestione della spesa informatica dei progetti e dei programmi di sviluppo, al fine di supportare l’organizzazione nel processo decisionale di prioritizzazione e allocazione degli investimenti e di miglior utilizzo delle risorse interne nei progetti/programmi a matrice informatica, in allineamento con gli obiettivi strategici di business della società.

- Attualmente fornisce energia a milioni di clienti nel mercato retail in tutta Europa, grazie ad un cospicuo portafoglio di GW di capacità rinnovabile in esercizio. Entro il 2030, per traguardare gli sfidanti obiettivi di decarbonizzazione, si pone l’obiettivo di raggiungere oltre 15 GW ed aumentare il numero dei punti di ricarica per i veicoli.

**All’interno del team di **ICT Strategy & Governance** **ti occuperai di**:

- assicurare, in collaborazione con gli altri stakeholder di processo, la qualificazione e la prioritizzazione della domanda di investimenti ICT, secondo i principi e i criteri del processo interno di capital allocation della società
- organizzare e coordinare gli incontri direzionali periodici di allocazione degli investimenti, prioritizzazione e approvazione dei progetti/programmi del portafoglio investimenti ICT
- curare la stesura, l’aggiornamento del piano annuale delle iniziative (masterplan) e del piano pluriennale degli investimenti IT
- presidiare, in collaborazione con gli stakeholder rilevanti, la completezza e la qualità dei dati disponibili nel tool di project portfolio management
- disegnare, organizzare e gestire le metriche e la reportistica direzionale ed operativa di monitoraggio del portafoglio progetti, nonché condurre analisi economiche e di performance (kpi/scostamenti) rispetto agli obiettivi di business
- guidare l’evoluzione e il miglioramento continuo del processo di IT capital allocation, in linea con gli obiettivi di massimizzazione del valore e di allineamento con quelli strategici dell’azienda
- promuovere, favorire e monitorare l’adozione della practice di investment portfolio management presso le società controllate del gruppo Plenitude.

**Questa è l’opportunità per te se rispondi a questi requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale in discipline STEM. Saranno presi in considerazione titoli di studio differente a fronte di significativa esperienza nell’ambito
- Minimo 3 anni di esperienza in attività di IT Portfolio Management per società in realtà di media-alta complessità del settore servizi/industriale (50+ mln€/anno budget investimenti; 40+ progetti/programmi) o esperienza in realtà IT che adottano modelli di sviluppo waterfall/agile/ibridi o esperienza in IT budget management (capex, opex) e valutazione di investimenti IT (business case)
- Esperienza di disegno ed esecuzione di reporting in ambito progetti IT
- Buona conoscenza di strumenti digitali ed informatici (buona conoscenza pacchetto office, e strumenti di reportistica quali POWER BI)
- Buona conoscenza dei processi ICT, dei processi di pianificazione e controllo e relativi principi contabili
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua europea costituisce titolo preferenziale.
