Who you are
A
Scrum Master
/ Team Coach, with a couple of years of experience, with demonstrable experience in increasing effectiveness and efficiency of software product development teams.
You are fluent in English and Italian (not compulsory but nice to have), and capable of interfacing with various organizational roles and different levels of seniority.
A curious and humble person with a passion for digital products, you are keen to learn through different means (books, workshops, conferences, communities, on the job,), also good at reading the environment.
- E-Commerce experience is desirable but not a deal breaker
- Demonstrable experience in product development and guiding and empowering medium to large-size product development groups.
What you will be doing
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement, effectiveness, and efficiency of two cross-functional product development teams within the Digital organisation.
Working closely with “your” teams, you will focus on:
- Spearheading the adoption of agile practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP,) for the purpose of unlocking the ability of our teams to deliver value to our customers and to the business in a continuous manner
- Increasing the Effectiveness and efficiency of Scrum events and artifacts to achieve autonomous and empowered teams
- Unlocking the predictability of teams to better understand team capacity and investment ROI, establishing and leveraging proper metrics
- Powerful lift-offs of new product development teams, after periodic re-teaming
- Onboarding of new people in our organization, as a jellying agile agent
- Coaching teams and individuals to improve the collaboration and happiness of our teams and stakeholders
- Partnering closely with Product Managers to facilitate the definition of Vision and Roadmaps into actionable backlogs through facilitation and tools
- Mastering and evolving the way we leverage Atlassian tools (mainly Jira and Confluence) to facilitate delivery, onboarding, and knowledge transfer across the digital organisation
