Da Luxe Talent, società di consulenza internazionale di reclutamento e formazione specializzata in moda, lusso, retail e FMCG, stiamo cercando la figura di **STORE MANAGER** per uno dei nostri clienti, noto brand di lusso, da inserire all'interno dello **Store nell'Outlet the Mall di SANREMO**.

Nella nostra agenzia di consulenza per il reclutamento e formazione lavoriamo con diverse aziende dei settori Luxury, Premium e High Premium in tutta Europa e abbiamo uffici a Barcellona, Madrid, Parigi, Milano e Monaco.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÁ DELLO/A **STORE MANAGER**:

- Formazione, gestione e motivazione di un team di 8 persone;
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita monitorando le prestazioni del team;
- Creazione di report, analisi e interpretazione dei dati di vendita al dettaglio;
- Supervisione del livello delle scorte, mantenimento delle condizioni eccezionali del negozio e degli standard di visual merchandising;
- Attivitá di Clientiling e CRM volte alla creazione di un portfolio di clienti locali ed internazionali

REQUISITI DELLO/A **STORE MANAGER**:

- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e del francese;
- Pregressa esperienza in ruolo analogo,
- Forti capacità analitiche e buona conoscenza dei KPI;
- Forte leadership e attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi;
- Eccellenti abilità comunicative ed interpersonali;
- Capacità di multitasking e lavoro sotto pressione;
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei fine settimana.
- Profilo hands-on che ami lavorare sul floor in contatto con i clienti, per dare il buon esempio e fare coaching
