Your Role

We are looking for a brilliant and passionate **Insurance Manager** to join the team in arranging and maintaining insurance protection for business growth, protecting the organization’s assets and reducing liabilities transformation. The Insurance Manager will report directly to the CFO and will be a key part of our international development working closely with HQ Finance, Legal and HR teams at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).
He/She will support business development so as to grow value in compliance with insurance risk while working with brokers and business to gather & review renewal information for corporate insurance arrangements. In addition to this, he/she will identify new insurable risks within the business and make recommendations for effective management of the risks.
Your Impact
- Build and growth Group Insurance structure
- Verify that the program in place is adequate for the needs of operational units
- Communicate with brokers regarding any queries in relation to policy cover terms and conditions
- Internal consultation and negotiation within the operational units to ensure they are aware of insurance coverage in place and premiums charged and respond on any queries
- Assist operational units on claims reporting and handling in regards to liability claims and also property damage claims to ensure the business
- Review, respond and assist with survey reports undertaken by Insurers to ensure adequate responses given to Insurers and that adequate resources are provided to protect the Group’s assets
- Vetting insurance premium costs to ensure accuracy
- Ensure Insurance Policies are reasonable, appropriate and cost effective
About You
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
- Insurance background with at least 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry
- Fluent in English and Italian (knowledge of another language is a plus)
- Advanced used of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint in particular)
- Advanced knowledge of corporate insurance
- Business Acumen and analytical skills
- Strong organizational capability (able to organize his/her work and others)
- Attention to details
- Standing and capability to liaise with the Manager of the Company in different countries
- Availability to travel frequently abroad
- Wide experience in all aspects of insurance and claims handling
- Reasonable understanding of contractual and legal principles
