MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Performance Manager to join our team in North-West Italy.

**The Role**

As part of our team, you will support the performance and profitability of the Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) Dealer network of our partner. Based in the field and with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships, you will influence dealers to achieve their sales targets. Your key tasks will be:

- Delivering the sales and profit according to agreed business plan of a specific dealer network area;
- Realizing and implementing together with Dealers, local Sales, and Marketing plans, to grant the achievement of retail volumes and market share objectives;
- Monitoring dealers’ stocks and their main corporate indicators: financial, sales performances (market shares) and quality standards;
- Assisting Dealers with frequent coaching with innovative marketing campaigns and sales strategies according to Head Quarter procedures;
- Analyzing the Network Customer Satisfaction Index. The goal is to exceed customer expectations at all contact points of the purchasing process: putting in place action plans (procedures), quality processes and trainings to achieve the best customer experience;
- Analyzing and identifying the best coverage of the territory aimed at the constant improvement of sales performance.

**About you**

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Sales Performance Manager has a degree in Economics or Engineering, as well as:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the domain of commercial vehicles
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office
- Proficiency in Italian both written and spoken and an intermediate level of English
- Good planning and organizing skills
