Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Electrical Package Specialist **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Harness, Lighting, Energy, RF Development.**

You will be responsible to perform the following activities:

- coordinate the packaging activities of the Electr(on)ics components by looking at project and devices specifications, working closer with relevant stakeholders (component owners, DMU, etc.)
- Simulate and design (3D/2D) fixings elements (brackets, etc) for perimeter components (ECUs, harness sub-components).
- Define technical requirement for the fixing elements and relevant validation plan (at component and vehicle level), prepare technical description and drawings.
- Support harness development in wiring harness and sub-components package in concept and development phase and Procurement dept. in nomination phase.
- Work out technical solutions, strategies and business cases based also on both timing and investments evaluations.
- Attendance to Simultaneous Engineering Team as assigned member for topics about packaging related component.
- Organize and prepare reports&presentations, monitoring issues, timing and budget, ensuring compliance and consistency of processes.
- Ensure components for prototype (ordering process) and Bill of Material management and release.

**About you**
- University Degree in manufacturing / engineering field
- 3 years of experience in automotive, component release process
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
- 3D Mechanical design
- CATIA V5 (with relevant specifics packages)
- PLM (Teamcenter, Connect, Windchill, etc)
