**Responsibilities**:
**Mission**:
The Clearing & Settlement Services Employee runs the daily business in the Portfolio Transfers Team and ensures the proper settlement regarding the transfer of assets related to the Portfolio Transfers business of SGSS' clients. The focus will be on the UniCredit Group business for FOP settlement.

**Desired start date** : as soon as possible

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Post-trade processing of securities transactions free of payment on local and international markets, ensuring timely settlement on the market
- Monitoring and follow up the pendings and differences with the counterparties and irregularities with the client's back/middle offices & the market settlement departments
- Follow up and monitoring of internal and external settlement instructions of our main client UniCredit Group

**Profile required**:
**Studies & experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics,Social, Legal, Engineering
- Preferable: prior settlement experience

**Language skills**:

- Italian: C2
- English: B2

**Technical, operational & Soft skills**:

- Empowerment and accountability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Result orientation
- Cooperation and collective mindset
- Team spirit
