**Position Summary**
The UX Generalist will be a valuable member of the UX Team, working closely with team members under their supervision. While not directly engaging with business stakeholders independently, the intern will provide support to the team in collaborating with various individuals across the globe throughout the project. The primary focus of this role is to implement digital solutions that enhance the user experience for employees when utilizing digital tools for work activities. Additionally, the intern will assist in monitoring and measuring stakeholder engagement, working closely with global, regional, and market teams.
**A day in the life of...**
- Support the team during the project intake, when is needed the alignment with requestors to define requirements and plan next steps.
- Help the team during the requirement elicitation, when conduction interview and survey to collect data from end-users.
- Assist the team to plan, set up and run usability testing.
- Contribute to create report and presentations to share results of the activities.
- Reinforce the UX culture spreading user-centred principles across Nestlé communities.
**Functional Competencies**:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- User Research: Basic knowledge.
- Usability Testing: Desirable but not mandatory
- Prototyping: Basic knowledge.
- Visual Design: Basic knowledge.
- Information Architecture: Basic knowledge.
- UX Strategy: Desirable but not mandatory
- UX Evangelization: Desirable but not mandatory
