Il nostro cliente, con Headquarter in Torino e più sedi in tutta Italia, è una delle più importanti aziende nazionali operanti nel settore dei servizi all'impresa all’interno del proprio mercato di riferimento. Con l’obiettivo di rafforzare la propria struttura e potenziare le azioni di Marketing, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/a Marketing research & data analysis Expert.

**Posizione**:
La Candidatura selezionata, rivestendo un ruolo di raccordo tra il marketing operativo e quello strategico, si occuperà di:

- Monitoraggio e analisi del mercato di riferimento e dei competitor dell’azienda sia a livello nazionale che internazionale;
- Analisi numeriche, quantitative e qualitative, di settore;
- Reportistica, analisi dati, aggiornamento e creazione database, come richiesto dai Partner e dai Director della Società;
- Interfacciarsi con l’Agenzia di Marketing e Comunicazione per gli aspetti legati alla comunicazione above and below-the line;
- Generare scambi di conoscenza all’interno del team per introdurre un approccio al marketing che muova da una visione d’insieme coerente con il contesto e i valori della struttura In prospettiva: Costruzione di un ruolo di regia delle diverse azioni di marketing coerente con la strategia d’impresa Presentazione di possibili scenari di sviluppo e potenziamento delle azioni mirate al raggiungimento degli obiettivi strategici e del network di riferimento.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea o Master in ambito Marketing, Analisi Dati o equivalente cultura accademica o professionale;
- Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni pregressa in ambito marketing, con focus specifico sugli aspetti numerico-statistici, a contatto con ambiti e clienti internazionali, sia in società di consulenza/agenzie che da ambienti corporate;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
