Industrial Controller

The Industrial Controller will be responsible for:

- Supporting the management of Costing and Business Analysis activities, with the goal of gradually gaining autonomy in specific tasks.
- Assisting senior resources in carrying out both the operational activities related to product cost management and estimation, verification, and revision.
- Managing codes within the daily operations of the Sap system (state transitions, accounting, etc.), System databases, and providing support for periodic activities such as reconciliation and forecasting, costing for pricing, and costing review projects.
- Supporting the process of attributing the Origin of Goods.
- Assisting with periodic reporting in the context of Business Analysis and Operations Reporting.

Required qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of Management Control and Industrial Accounting, including a solid understanding of production flows in industrial processes and the management of product structures.
- At least two years of experience in a structured role.
- Knowledge of basic data analysis approaches related to data preparation, processing, reporting, and data exploration.
- Analytical skills, practicality, suitable interpersonal skills for the role, willingness to engage in continuous discussions with various team members, versatility, and alignment with company behaviors.
