**Job Description**:
Your Challenge

At our site in Fano (Italy), reporting to the Plant Manager, as Operations Manager you will drive operational excellence to support the company's growth.

**Main Challenges**:
Strategic production planning and capacity optimisation by balancing volumes between workshops;
Define industrial strategy to be implemented with new products;
Ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of plant facility;
Ensure production volume, cost (material manpower and logistics), and quality of product, production schedules, and supplying for customers a re met;
Manage, coach and foster the related production's supervisor;
Identify, facilitate and maintain the personnel training needs and development plan;
Support and lead the implementation of the Group Production System.

Your Profile

**Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher, with specialisation in automotive, management, engineering or mechanical engineering.

**Experience**: 5+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing industry, and well structured company, in a similar role.

**Required Skills**:
Experience with Lean Manufaturing;
Experience in mass production;
Used to deal with aggressive deadlines in a fast growing environment;

**Preferred Skills**:
Familiar with Total Quality Management;
Familiar with HSE requirements in Production;

**Languages**: Mandatory Italian and English
