Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)
La risorsa ricercata e selezionata sarà inserita all’interno del dipartimento Purchasing and Procurement e si occuperà del lancio dei Purchase Orders di prodotto finito presso i nostri confezionisti.
Nello specifico sarà di supporto per tutti i nostri showroom nell’inserimento dei Sales Orders durante le campagne vendita attraverso:
- Abilitazione dei sistemi
- Caricamento listini di vendita
- Verifica del rispetto delle deadline di inserimento ordini
- Gestione operativa di ordini di special productions richiesti da buying e uff. commerciale
Inoltre, sulla base delle vendite coordina le attività di:
- Invio deiPurchase Orders di prodotti finiti ai fornitori (RTW, accessories, shoes, bags)
- Controllo del rispetto dei minimi di produzione ed eventuali proposte di cancellazione / top up al fine di rendere efficienti gli acquisti
- Supporto all’ottimizzazione dei leftover materie prime impegnate piazzando tank orders anche sulla base dei minimi di acquisto richiesti dai fornitori.
- Monitoraggio delle condizioni di acquisto con fornitori
- Caricamento listini di acquisto e gestione operativa dei Purchase Orders a sistema.
- Controllo fatture per i PO di competenza
- Supporto al planning nel recap e gestione dei PO di prodotto finito
- Emissione PO per movimentazione merce (overproduction, trasferimenti, etc)
Profilo
Si richiedono:
TITOLO DI STUDIO:
diploma di laurea in materie economiche o equipollenti
COMPETENZE:
eccellente conoscenza di excel (la conoscenza di SAP è considerata un plus)
conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
precisione e forte propensione alla gestione operativa delle attività
background ad indirizzo economico o tecnico/gestionale
REQUISITI AGGIUNTIVI:
buone doti di negoziazione
proattività, flessibilità, precisione e propensione al lavoro per priorità;
ottime capacità di pianificazione ed organizzazione
