Technical Trainer

**Location**:
**Levico Terme (TN)**

**Technical Trainer** is the role dedicated to training activities aimed at Service Technicians - internal, foreign and external - and training activities carried out with BLM GROUP customers.

**Responsibilities entrusted**
- Make activities of effective and stimulating technical training, encouraging the active participation of the students;
- Verify the learning of the students and the technical skills acquired;
- Provide feedback on the outcome of the training, in order to better organize the interventions of the Service;
- Constantly improve the proposed teaching activity, based on the training needs identified by the Service.

**Main activities**
- Organisation and execution of training activities (in the classroom, on board the machine, online);
- Verification of acquired knowledge and skills;
- Preparation of teaching material and resources necessary for technical training: machinery, classrooms, necessary equipment;
- Preparation of exercises or case studies to be proposed during training to encourage learning.

**Must have**
- Diploma or degree with a technical/scientific focus (preferably mechanical, electronics, automation or physics);
- Proficiency in the use of Italian and English languages, written and spoken (Level B2);
- Empathy and interpersonal relationship/communication skills;
- Curiosity, interest and creativity, to be applied to the development of training activities;
- Ability to work in a team: collaborative attitude and openness to confrontation;
- Willingness to travel, in Italy and abroad.

**Nice to have**
- Previous experience in the role of Trainer;
- Knowledge/skills gained at machine tool companies;
- Professional knowledge and use of other foreign languages (German, French, Spanish, to mention only the main ones).
