**Posizione**:

- Accogliere le persone che entrano nella struttura
- Rispondere alle richieste di informazioni dell'utenza
- Gestire le telefonate in ingresso e inoltrarle ai destinatari
- Accompagnare i clienti verso le destinazioni interne alla struttura
- Gestire la posta in entrata e in uscita
- Organizzare e archiviare documenti
- Gestire le prenotazioni
- Fissare appuntamenti e riunioni
- Svolgere funzioni amministrative supplementari
- Risoluzione di eventuali complain

**Requisiti**:

- Conoscenza dei principi di customer care
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e di una seconda lingua tra francese, tedesco o spagnolo
- Capacità di utilizzo dei principali dispositivi informatici e software gestionali, gradita la conoscenza di Hotel Cube
- Conoscenze di base di tipo amministrativo/contabile
- Attitudine alle relazioni con il pubblico, gentilezza e disponibilità
- Capacità di gestire contemporaneamente molte attività diverse (multitasking)
- Attenzione ai dettagli
- Problem solving
- Esperienza in contesti di lusso
