**IL RUOLO**

Unisciti al team di esperti legal come **Contract Manager.** Ti occuperai di gestione di importanti contratti internazionali e avrai l'opportunità di guidarne lo sviluppo e la rispettiva esecuzione, lavorando a stretto contatto con i Project Manager, affrontando reclami e negoziando variazioni contrattuali.
La tua responsabilità includerà anche l'organizzazione e l'ottimizzazione del sistema di gestione dei contratti.
Inoltre, sarai coinvolto nelle negoziazioni con il team commerciale e nella formazione sulle Condizioni Generali, seguendo le linee guida del Dipartimento Legale.

**COMPETENZE RICHIESTE**
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese
- Almeno 7-10 anni di esperienza nella gestione dei contratti, preferibilmente nei settori dell'energia o industriali pesanti

L'esperienza presso grandi multinazionali costituirà un plus.
