Manufacturing Specialist

**Job Description Summary**: At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Company, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.

Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Check Customer Demand and priority variation
- Monitor shop production in order to assure delivery plan
- Verify supplier commit and expedite delay to ensure production scheduling
- Support shop activities
- Support inventory team to implement process improvements
- Provide support in communication among different functions Monitor operational alignment with production plan and KPIs

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Master's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
- Knowledge of Office package
- Fluent Italian and English, written and oral
- Work visa in accordance with local regulation is required
- Prior experience in Fulfillment Role and Material Planning
- Analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
