We are looking for a Studio Financial Analyst to expand our team and bring new ideas and expertise, and help to grow the business.

**Superpowers**

**you have are**
- 2+ years related experience in financial planning and analysis;
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field;
- Excellent Excel, Google Sheets (Scripts will be an advantage);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Keen attention to detail; ability to deliver high quality, timely, and accurate work results;
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask, and handle a variety of projects;
- Capital budgeting and project management experiences;
- Fluent verbal and written English is a must.

**You're a rockstar**

**if you have**
- Relevant certifications, e.g. CFA, ACCA;
- Understanding of game development process.

**As a part of Room 8**

**studio, you will**
- Interaction with project managers on revenue recognition issues;
- Calculation of the efficiency (marginality) of the projects of the structural unit;
- In-depth analysis of financial results and operational efficiency of the structural unit at the level of key operating and financial drivers;
- Analysis of deviations of actual results from the budget and forecast. Identification of factors (causes) of deviations and preparation of an analytical commentary for the management;
- Financial planning and forecasting;
- Prepare analytics for bonus systems development and revision.
