Per nostro cliente, nota azienda nel settore Fashion e Luxury siamo alla ricerca di un

**Controlling Specialist**.

A supporto del Controlling Manager, la risorsa dovrà supportare l’esecuzione delle attività operative e progettuali per tutte le aziende del perimetro assegnato.

Principali attività:

- chiusure di periodo gestionali e analisi degli scostamenti rispetto al budget, monitorando i flussi di dati tra i vari applicativi e intervenendo sugli aspetti di criticità;
- monitoraggio dell’evoluzione del fatturato, dell’ordinato cliente e della produzione, nell’ottica di verificare il rispetto di quanto pianificato in sede di budget e forecast;
- redazione di reportistica e analisi ad hoc richieste dal management o dai fondi d’investimento;
- controllo delle operazioni volte a garantire la correttezza della gestione e della valorizzazione dei magazzini;
- analisi, revisione e definizione di processi e di procedure aziendali, collaborando a stretto contatto con i diversi dipartimenti coinvolti;
- sviluppo di progetti innovativi, introduzione di nuovi strumenti di reportistica e/o di business intelligence.

Requisiti:

- Laurea magistrale in Economia Aziendale o Ingegneria Gestionale;
- Esperienza tra 2 e 4 anni nel controlling industriale e/o finanziario, maturata presso società industriali strutturate, preferibilmente del settore moda;
- Conoscenza dell'applicativo SAP FI-CO-MM;
- approccio analitico al dato;
- autonomia nell’analisi e nell’interpretazione dei fatti aziendali;
- proattività;
- capacità di creare rapporti interfunzionali sinergici.
