**Please note that this role is based in Varna, Bulgaria, and is on-site. Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Bulgarian are a must.**

**Your challenges will be**:

- Drive PR execution and interact with agencies and media. Craft content, including media articles, blog posts, newsletters and presentations.

Support team members in managing a variety of projects such as photo and video shoots, client interviews, employee events and so on.

Execute tactics through various channels - earned, paid, shared and owned.

Drive content strategy, write and proofread. Ensure all messages are in tune with the company’s values and brand guidelines.

Support the Communications Manager in handling all aspects of communication and publicity.

**Your Profile**
- Superb writing skills.

Experience in communications and public relations.

Interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.

Ability to process complex information and transform it into easy-to-grasp messages for diverse audiences - internal and external.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to tackle multiple projects simultaneously.

Great organizational and time management skills.

Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Bulgarian.

Communications or Marketing degree.

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, including media relations.

Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as experience with content creation and delivery.

Strong project management skills.

Experience working with cross-functional, international teams would be considered an advantage.
