Our client is an independent venture equity firm focused on investing in Series-A Italian companies.
The Analyst would support the investment team to work hands-on all the aspects revolving around venture equity transactions and all phases of the investment life cycle.

**Responsibilities**:
Master of Science in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar with an excellent academic track-record and international experience; 1-2 years of previous experience in other VC/PE funds, or in consulting firms (M&A, Corporate finance, etc.); Excellent analytical approach to problem solving, attention to detail, ability to work in team; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
