What you will do
The EEHS coordinator will lead, develop and deploy the energy, environment, health and safety management and programs. The scope of the activity will be to arrange provide, maintain and continually improve safe H&S system of work for all employees in order to prevent injury and ill health in our Italian plants, based in Brugherio/Vimercate (MB)

- Core responsibilities:
- Lead the standardized development, implementation, and verification of Haier Europe, Energy, Environmental, Health & Safety Management Systems;- Be responsible for Health & Safety pillar activities for HOPS.- Develop and implement effective Sustainability and Environmental programs for Haier Europe HAIER EUROPE Manufacturing Facilities.- Approves Health & Safety expenditure proposals coming from factories, interacting with them on prioritization of interventions (ie Legal Compliance, H&S improvements, etc.)- Lead the implementation of Regional Remediation and Energies strategies.- Plan, coordinate and conduct assessments and audits to monitor compliance with regulatory, and Company Global Standards.- Maintain, update, and manage the Global EEHS Audit Protocol in alignment with organizational Policies and Standards.- Provide strategic direction and support for technical and emerging issues. Ensure EEHS technical elements are incorporated into business planning processes and accountabilities.- Work across business and geographic boundaries to ensure EEHS is a key component of capital project planning and execution, security, injury management, labor relations and general facility communication.- Actively use recognized industry associations for continuous improvement, and industry best practices. Utilize established contacts for industry benchmarking.- Develop and implement Energy, Environment and Safety Pillars for Haier Europe Production System (HOPS), based on WCM principles, in a perspective of continuous improvement.- Facilitate know how transfer related to HOPS Energy, Environment and Safety pillar by coaching EES Pillar Leaders network.- Contribute to the annual performance assessment of EEHS resources, including individual development plans, ongoing coaching & mentoring, succession planning and car.- Manage and execute HR processes ensuring their implementation for his/her own population.- Ensure team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication.- Support organizational and competencies development with HR.- Provide leadership and mentorship to the entire team Identify and Ensure right level of training for his/her direct reports.
What you need to succeed
- Must have:
- Fluent English knowledge- Minimum a diploma in EH&S (that includes energy) related areas And/or some Year of experience in the field- Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office 365- Good level of knowledge of root cause investigation and problem solving methodologies- Very good relationship skills (since interaction with others is critical)- Ability to work by objectives- High level of autonomy- Willingness to travel through our Italian plants

- Nice to have:
- Qualified to provide training- ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064 standards knowledge and Auditor qualification- Willing to move for travel out of borders
