**Contract Manager**:
**compiti e responsabilita**:

- Assicurare il raggiungimento dei parametri di budget e della marginalità delle commesse gestite, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di ricavo.
- Garantire il raggiungimento delle performance tecniche ed economiche stabilite per ogni impianto e/o per ogni commessa assegnata, con confronto mensile dei risultati economici della commessa.
- Individuare le eventuali azioni correttive per l’ottimizzazione dei costi.
- Intrattenere i rapporti con progettisti/D.L.
- Coordinare il personale impiegato nella commessa e supervisionare le prestazioni dei terzi
- Assicurare la conformità legislativa per l’esercizio delle commesse e dei servizi affidati.
- Monitorare l’andamento degli elementi qualitativi e quantitativi (KPI) delle performance sia energetiche che manutentive avvalendosi del sistema informativo.
- Mantenere i rapporti tecnici con le figure preposte dei clienti.
- Predisporre tutto quanto necessario per l’organizzazione dei piani di manutenzione e delle risorse in campo affidategli per la gestione dei contratti.

**Requisiti necessari**:

- Laurea in discipline tecniche.
- Project Management e Risk Management
- Conoscenza della normativa di settore, Energy Management.
- Esperienza di 5-10 anni nel ruolo e nel settore dei servizi energetici.
- Utilizzo avanzato del pacchetto office e in particolare di Excel.
