In the contest of the Meta Competence Center the Industrial Manager, like the Director of the Competencies Centre and by delegation of the latter, has a dual focus on customer satisfaction and the performance of his or her organisation. He or she is responsible for the functional management of the entire ecosystem within his or her area of authority. He or she is responsible for deploying the Industrial strategy, including the human, financial and physical resources needed to ensure proper implementation of the policies and plans adopted in the short, medium and long term.

He/she will be Responsible for Assembly, Integration and Test planning, engineering and execution of Satellites and Space Infrastructures through means, facilities and operational teams in Turin site and covering the Exploration and Scientific Markets/Domains. He/she is even in charge of specification, procurement, follow-up and operations/maintenance of Ground Support Equipment (EGSE, PGSE, FGSE, MGSE). Duties include development of testing models (ATB’s, E(Q)M’s, STM’s, PFM’s) in tight connection with Engineering, Verification, Quality.

Main tasks:

- **CCAIT Italy National Governance **Including management of resources and skills via:
Harmonization of skills.

Training, coaching, motivation of people.

Convergence or rationalization of tools and methods.

Adaptation of means (manufacturing means, tests means, clean rooms,) versus workload and technology evolutions.
- **Performance & Budgeting, Workload and Skills **providing relevant contribution**:
to prepare AIT Italy management and financial documentation as MYB, BR, monthly reports and to coordinate the AIT Italy transversal budget verifying monthly status and recovery plans by interfacing Company entities, OPS Italy support functions, CFO/OFP and AIT Managers.

To verify AIT Italy Workload managing the actions updating to improve reliability of data and to prepare and manage the resources plan by means of Adequacy Committee and supporting Head Count Committee process preparation.

Build up Industrial Plan at AIT level taking into account programs planning and needs for Ongoing and Forecast Opportunities with the aim to identify Industrial needs in terms of Resources and industrial improvements.
- **Bids and CAPEX **providing relevant contribution**:
To manage quotation requests elaborating AIT Italy internal and external contributes, verifying the technical and economical consistence, in order to provide to Bid Manager the QDV quotation, with relevant assumptions, for AIT activities linked to product and/or service (usage of AIT facilities).

To challenge the quotation implementing technical assumptions, performing benchmarking and negotiating with Domains.

To manage CAPEX aspects linked to commercial scenario (SITCOM), products and bids.

To prepare MTIP/MYB CAPEX by taking into account the applicable SITCOM scenario, the current quotations (BSS type) and skill road-map.

To manage the annual CAPEX budget (both for commitment and for acquisition), by preparing for each committee the documentation (description, list...) in line with operational needs. Monitoring of the item procurement after the committee validation.

To manage AIT bid effort negotiating it with Bid Manager, then monitoring and reporting relevant progresses.

To prepare AIT INTRA-TAS bids interfacing with CFO, providing relevant financial documentation and monitoring the contracts evolution.
- **Industrialization and Innovation **providing relevant contribution **to**:
standardization of Methods, Tools and Processes in AIT mainly linked to the Industrialization ensuring that across the entire lifecycle the AIT recurring cost is in line with BL request or improved.

Implement the Industrialization strategy taking in account the Company Strategic Business Plan, Lean approach, Assembly Integration & Test best practices.

Promote & develop exchange of good practices between AIT’s, share lessons using benchmark data, define and drive the transformation initiatives across AIT in coordination with OPS Italy.

In the Innovation perimeter, promote Digital Transformation in synergy with TAS Digital CC function.

To involve the Business Lines to reach a E2E digital continuity identifying a “design to manufacture” product approach.

Drives the improvement of simulation capability (Virtual Testing/Digital Twin), proposing technological enablers and tailoring them to AIT core activi
