**About the role**:
You will be part of the HR&Administration Office and will manage the administrative tasks for the whole Plant population. Moreover, you’ll support the HR Plant Manager in the daily HR activities.

**Main responsibilities**:

- You’ll be in charge of the administrative management of the whole population and will become the first point of contact for all the HR Administrative queries.
- You’ll be in charge of all the administrative duties for contractual, social security and tax obligations provided by CCNL and current legislation (Centri per l’Impiego, INPS, Previndai, FASI/FAIT etc)
- You’ll be the legal guidance to the HR Manager: advice on labor law and documents.
- You’ll be fully in charge of the management of the hiring procedures and of all the procedures related to secondments Eu and Non-EU: you’ll be the point of contact of the employees involved in the mobility processes, of the HR Manager and of the Expat Unit and manages the relationships with authorities.
- You’ll support the Line Managers to facilitate people life cycle management.
- You’ll be in charge of all HR key processes (talent acquisition and recruitment; performance management and reward; career and individual development; workforce planning and budgeting etc).
- You’ll be involved in full life cycle recruitment.
- You’ll manage HR related administrative tasks.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Master’s degree in law or Business Management Studies;
- 2/3 years of experience in HR administration or in labor consultant Office;
- Good knowledge of labor Law, tax, social security and contractual regulations;
- Good analytical skills, precision, work organization and deadline management, confidentiality;
- Problem Solving, including being able to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner and ability to teamwork.
- Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters;
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and high professional standards for customer service and work qualityI

IT Skills
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- SAP HR
- A good knowledge of a payroll software is a plus.

Languages
- Fluent in English
- Available to international mobility
