I Department Manager sono responsabili di molte cose qui in H&M. Dalla massimizzazione delle vendite, alla redditività del reparto fino al coaching dei team all'interno di un reparto al fine di garantire la **migliore esperienza di shopping ai nostri Clienti**, in linea con il negozio. E il tutto svolto seguendo in ogni momento i nostri valori, gli standard, le politiche e le procedure aziendali.

Le responsabilità principali includono, ma non si limitano a:
**Vendite e profitto**

Sei responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Vendite e Profitto del tuo reparto attraverso una pianificazione che garantisca la migliore esperienza di shopping ai nostri Clienti in linea con il tuo negozio.
- Analizzi e segui regolarmente i KPI relativi alle vendite e al profitto del tuo reparto e, insieme ai Visual Merchandiser intraprendi azioni per potenziare le vendite
- Insieme allo Store Management team, pianifichi le ore per il tuo reparto in base al budget di vendita
- Insieme allo Store Management team, assicuri una pianificazione del tuo reparto che massimizzi il convertion rate utilizzando le ore disponibili
- Insieme al team, pianifichi le attività e individui cosa è determinante per aumentare le vendite
- Fornisci informazioni allo Store Manager e all'Area team sulla correttezza delle allocazioni e sul rifornimento, al fine di assicurare nel tuo reparto la corretta quantità di capi in base all’andamento delle vendite
- Ti assicuri che l'allestimento del reparto soddisfi costantemente gli standard di H&M ed esegui il follow-up
- Insieme al Visual Team, garantisci che vengano rispettate le linee guida aziendali di presentazione anche nel tuo reparto
- Assicuri il rispetto delle routine operative e best practices nel tuo reparto e in tutto il negozio
- Garantisci che lo staff del tuo reparto e del negozio fornisca un servizio al cliente secondo gli standard H&M
- Ti assicuri che gli aspetti di manutenzione siano gestiti nel rispetto degli investimenti e in linea con gli standard H&M condividendo tutte le iniziative con lo Store Management team
- Previeni attivamente le perdite e garantisci che il tuo reparto segua le linee guida in materia
- Comunichi allo Store Manager eventuali rischi, minacce e opportunità legata ai competitor

- Valuti e gestisci la performance del tuo team; offri regolarmente feedback, garantisci i dialoghi, prepari piani di sviluppo, fai follow-up e adotti le azioni necessarie per migliorare la performance e la crescita del tuo team
- Ti impegni con lo sviluppo dei talenti nel tuo reparto, per assicurare le esigenze dell'azienda e del negozio
- Comunichi con il tuo team in modo chiaro: condividi gli andamenti delle vendite, la cultura aziendale gli obiettivi di reparto e negozio
