Stiamo ricercando per la nostra sede di Assago un/una **Demand Planner**.

La persona ricercata verrà inserita all’interno del dipartimento _Planning _con riporto diretto al _Head of Planning_ e sarà di supporto al decision making, supervisionando l’implementazione della strategia, coordinandosi con le diverse funzioni coinvolte.

In particolare, coordinandosi con i team Offer, Vendite e Controllo di gestione/Finance, si occuperà di:

- Stimare le previsioni di vendita sul mercato italiano;
- Effettuare un controllo della rispondenza tra le previsioni di vendita e la strategia aziendale;
- Implementare la strategia aziendale;
- Validare gli ordini di acquisto sull’ERP;
- Gestire i livelli di stock e proporre azioni per rispettare il budget, smaltire stock obsoleti, garantendo la massima disponibilità di prodotto;
- Monitorare l’esecuzione della pianificazione della domanda;
- Effettuare un’analisi degli scenari a medio lungo termine in riferimento all'evoluzione dello stock e in considerazione delle strategie del business e delle risorse finanziarie;
- Gestione di progetti che facciano evolvere la Supply Chain di Stroili
- Interazione con area manager per analizzare eventuali criticità di stock sui negozi.

**Requisiti**:

- Attitudine e interesse verso il mondo dell'analisi e della pianificazione;
- Esperienza in Supply Chain di minimo 2 anni maturata in contesti strutturati in ambito Retail/Gdo/Industry;
- Laurea in economia o ingegneria gestionale;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e conoscenza avanzata di Excel;
- Precisione e approccio analitico;
- Ottime doti relazionali e forte spirito di squadra.
