In **Eni** siamo alla ricerca di una/un **Maintenance Electrical Expert** che, all’interno dell’area relativa all’Ingegneria di Manutenzione, si occuperà svolgere, monitorare, fornire supporto specialistico nelle attività di competenza in un’ottica di miglioramento continuo.

Le attività di manutenzione degli impianti Eni vengono coordinate e supervisionate costantemente da personale altamente qualificato: le nostre persone che lavorano in Manutenzione e Operations sono responsabili del corretto funzionamento degli apparati operativi di Eni, sia sul territorio nazionale che a livello internazionale. L’internazionalità è infatti un’importante leva per mantenere e sviluppare il capitale umano, mettendo sempre al primo posto la sicurezza.

**All’interno del team di Ingegneria di Manutenzione ti occuperai di**:

- Assistere nella preparazione del piano tecnico di manutenzione e del budget e nella preparazione delle stime e costi;
- Fornire supporto specialistico alle Business Unit nella pianificazione delle attività di manutenzione e di turnaround;
- Monitorare le attività di manutenzione evidenziando eventuali backlog, con attenzione alla sicurezza, all’ambiente e all’integrità degli asset;
- Fornire supporto tecnico e di manutenzione ai team operativi, durante le normali fasi di operazioni, avvio e arresto;
- Supportare le business unit nel troubleshooting e partecipare a team di specialisti, anche di altre discipline al fine di strutturare Root Cause Analysis;
- Garantire un supporto specialistico nel processo di gestione dei cambiamenti (MOC);
- Mantenere rapporti efficaci con venditori, appaltatori, produttori per garantire adeguata preparazione per l’esecuzione delle attività;
- Garantire un supporto specialistico nel valutare il rischio per tutte le operazioni;
- Evidenziare eventuali scostamenti nelle attività operative rispetto agli standard di Company, standard nazionali e internazionali;
- Partecipare alle attività di FAT di apparecchiature elettriche e alle attività di commissioning di nuovi impianti elettrici e dispositivi elettrici o nuove parti integrate in impianti esistenti;
- Garantire il supporto tecnico per la definizione della strategia di manutenzione;
- Fornire supporto specialistico per la definizione, gestione e revisione di contratti di manutenzione;
- Selezionare le parti di ricambio dell’apparecchiatura e fornire supporto nella definizione delle loro procedure di gestione;
- Stabilire o aggiornare i requisiti CMMS per attività di manutenzione preventiva, correttiva, predittiva e on condition in base all’analisi técnica;
- Definire e monitorare indici di prestazione per le attività di manutenzione.

**Questa è l’opportunità per te se rispondi a questi requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria elettrica/elettrotécnica; si potranno prendere in considerazione titoli di studio differenti a fronte di una significativa esperienza nello stesso ambito;
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore della manutenzione elettrica di impianti e macchine in media e bassa tensione, in ambienti con presenza di aree classificate ATEX;
- Conoscenza di norme in ambito elettrico (CEI, CENELEC, IEC, IEE, API, direttive comunitarie, etc.);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità alla mobilità nazionale e internazionale.
