**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Recruitment:

- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and assist with background checks and reference verifications.
- Drafting offer letters/employment contracts.

2. Learning and development:

- Make sure that the Company training tools are conducted in place.
- Train and onboard the new hires.
- Partner with the Head of HR Italy to implement new tools.
- Identify the in-place training needs.

3. Payroll and HR Administration:

- Support the central HR Team in processing payroll for Italy, ensuring the accurate usage of the attendance system in place and support the Club staff where necessary.
- Support in maintaining accurate employee records in place and updating HR databases.
- Maintain employee paper files and records and collaborate with central HR to populate the electronical archive;
- Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

4. Employee Relations:

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
- Assist in addressing employee relations issues, such as disciplinary actions and performance management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Promote the HR culture in place.
- Support the Head of HR to implement the HR policies in place.
- Analyze and share local data with Head of HR (time to hire, employee turnover rates)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with exposure to payroll administration, HR operations, and recruitment.
- Familiarity with Italian labor laws, regulations, and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment tools.
- Good English, both written and spoken.

The role is a part-time 20h position based in Rome, reporting to the Head of HR Italy.

The position may require occasional travels to Italian Head Offices (Milan) or into our Italian Clubs.
