**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di talenti con esperienza in **Computer Vision e Machine/Deep Learning** da inserire nel nostro team per lavorare su progetti altamente innovativi nei settori automotive e aerospaziale.

Lavorerai in un team con personale altamente qualificato per studiare, progettare, sviluppare e validare metodi di analisi di immagini e video basati sull’intelligenza artificiale e sull’apprendimento automatico, in particolare sul deep learning.

Partendo dall’analisi delle architetture di punta, ti verrà chiesto di studiare e progettare modelli di deep learning su misura per affrontare progetti applicativi reali, e di validarli affrontando grandi dataset di training/test.

L’obiettivo è trovare approcci innovativi di deep learning per massimizzare le prestazioni, ottimizzando e contenendo il costo computazionale (utilizzo di memoria e processore) e l’uso delle risorse di calcolo.

Questo obiettivo sarà raggiunto lavorando fianco a fianco con specialisti di FPGA/hardware, che supporteranno lo sviluppo di tali modelli.

**Requisiti**:
**Qualifiche richieste**:

- Esperienza significativa nell’apprendimento automatico e profondo.
- Esperienza significativa in Computer Vision e Image Processing.
- Esperienza nello sviluppo di software con Python (SciPy, NumPy, OpenCV, Pillow, ecc.).
- Esperienza con framework di sviluppo per l’apprendimento automatico come TensorFlow/Keras e PyTorch.
- Esperienza nell’addestramento di un modello da zero e nella messa a punto del modello.
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di ottimizzazione dei modelli per la latenza e l’ingombro in memoria.
- Conoscenza delle architetture NN più avanzate, come ResNet, MobileNet, YOLO, ecc.
- Conoscenza del rilevamento e della classificazione degli oggetti, della stima della posa umana e della segmentazione semantica.
- Capacità di problem solving, di analisi e di pensiero critico.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e di lavorare in un ambiente altamente collaborativo.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta.
