**TECHNICAL SUPPORT 2°LIVELLO**

Per espandere il team, Antares Vision cerca un **TECHNICAL SUPPORT 2°LIVELLO** da inserire nel Team Technical Support riporto di un Technical Support Equipment Team Leader.

**A tendere sarà garantita la possibilità di lavorare da remoto fino al 100%.**

**Le attività da svolgere sono**:

- Gestione dell'assistenza técnica software/elettronica/automazione da remoto di 2° livello
- Supporto da remoto ai tecnici in fase di commissioning su problemi di diversa origine, attività di troubleshooting di carattere software, elettrico, elettronico, automazione

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo informatico/elettronico/automazione
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Esperienza anche breve in assistenza técnica o precedente esperienza nel ruolo di Service Technician
- Disponibilità alle trasferte solo in primo periodo per accrescimento skills tecniche
- **Disponibilità al lavoro su turni e festivi pianificabili** (Durante i giorni feriali lun/ven due fasce orarie: 06-14 su turnazione e 08.30-18 orario standard. Nei weekend e i giorni festivi il lavoro verrà organizzato su turni 06-14, 14-22, 22-06
- Ottime capacità di ascolto, analisi e problem solving

**Sono requisiti preferenziali**:

- Capacità di lettura di disegni elettrici e meccanici
- Preferibile provenienza dal settore Automazione Industriale

L'azienda offre un inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato con un inquadramento retributivo commisurato al ruolo.
