Nell'ottica di un ulteriore potenziamento della sua struttura organizzativa è alla ricerca di un/una:
**Total Cost of Ownership**:
**La risorsa entrerà nell’omonimo ufficio, che si occupa di**:

- Supportare tutte le unità di Ingegneria e Innovazione, durante l'intero processo di progettazione e sviluppo, nella valutazione, gestione e benchmarking degli elementi del Costo Totale di Proprietà dei prodotti;
- Contribuire alla distribuzione dei requisiti/obiettivi dei costi a livello di sistema/sottosistema;
- Avviare specifiche valutazioni di Benchmarking di costo/costo in concomitanza con le funzioni ingegneristiche e le funzioni esterne;
- Implementare attività di scouting per iniziative di miglioramento del prodotto (generazione di idee per la riduzione dei costi industriali, riduzione dei costi di manutenzione diretta, riduzione delle ore uomo di manutenzione, opportunità di modularità, riduzione del peso) da proporre per l'introduzione all'interno della roadmap del prodotto;
- Gestire i progetti di miglioramento della competitività complessiva del prodotto in termini di monitoraggio dell'evoluzione dei costi, identificazione delle idee di miglioramento.

Le attività, quindi, si concentreranno sulle seguenti dimensioni rilevanti:

- Ottimizzazione dei costi (costo ricorrente, costo diretto di manutenzione, ore uomo di manutenzione).
- Valutazione delle opportunità di standardizzazione e modularizzazione (riutilizzo di parti, comunanza tra diverse piattaforme).
- Nuove funzionalità e miglioramenti percepiti come miglioramenti dal cliente o per risolvere problemi specifici sul campo
- Funzionalità esplicitamente richieste dal cliente
- Caratteristiche che incidono sul family feeling e assicurano la percezione del concetto di famiglia da parte del cliente

**Principali attività**:

- Garantire l'impostazione dei requisiti di costo e l'implementazione nei sistemi/sottosistemi;
- Contribuire a prevedere, per i nuovi concetti, le linee di base dei costi;
- Contribuire a prevedere, per iniziative di tecnologia e innovazione e iniziative di miglioramento del design, gli impatti sui costi;
- Effettuare analisi di benchmarking tecnico/commerciale sia per individuare iniziative di miglioramento sia per supportare la comunità E&I in termini di approccio dal design al costo;
- Sintetizzare gli insight tecnici, commerciali e di cliente in una proposta commerciale coerente, comprensiva di business case da approvare e piani di implementazione di alto livello, attraverso la cosiddetta "carta di iniziativa";
- Gestire le iniziative di miglioramento della competitività, supervisionando l'esecuzione, monitorando i risultati, gli impatti e l'evoluzione degli indicatori di costo (rispetto alla baseline), identificando i percorsi critici e supportando le aree coinvolte per mitigarli;
- Lavorare in sinergia con Procurement e Ingegneria Industriale nella preparazione di modelli di costo finalizzati a supportare il processo di selezione dei fornitori e la progettazione per l'ottimizzazione dei costi/costi.
