La nostra realtà cliente è un’importante azienda italiana che opera nel settore del **Betting & Gaming**, da poco acquisita da una grossa realtà multinazionale quotata in borsa. Parliamo di un contesto dinamico e giovane, che punta a crescere nel proprio business in maniera sostenibile e a fare del **Responsible Gaming** il proprio “credo”, favorendo inoltre un work environment il più positivo, valorizzante e collaborativo possibile.
All’interno di questo contesto, stiamo cercando una figura di **IT Security Discipline Leader**, che si inserirà nell’area Information Security, a diretto riporto del Cyber Security Architecture Manager
Queste saranno le tue principali **Responsabilità/Attività**:
- Parteciperai allo sviluppo/integrazione dei requisiti di cybersecurity per le applicazioni, i sistemi e le reti, al fine di garantire la protezione dei dati e dell'infrastruttura dell'organizzazione abilitando i controlli di sicurezza appropriati
- Parteciperai al processo di **Security by Design** (analisi funzionale e técnica), pianificando e gestendo le misure di sicurezza per la protezione dei dati, dei sistemi e delle reti dell'organizzazione
- Valuterai le architetture IT per eseguire revisioni di sicurezza, identificare le lacune per determinare l'adeguatezza del design e dell'architettura di sicurezza proposti in risposta ai requisiti, sviluppando un piano d'azione per la mitigazione dei rischi di sicurezza
- Valuterai l'adeguatezza delle misure di sicurezza organizzative e tecnologiche rispetto alle normative interne ed esterne, con l'obiettivo di garantire la protezione dei prodotti e dei servizi aziendali in ogni fase del loro ciclo di vita
- Parteciperai alla definizione e all'aggiornamento degli standard tecnici e delle best practice di cybersecurity (es.: autenticazione, crittografia dei dati, sicurezza delle API, microservizi, S-SDLC)
- Parteciperai allo scouting di nuove soluzioni di sicurezza e all'analisi dei livelli di sicurezza garantiti dai prodotti e servizi acquistati sul mercato
- Sarai coinvolto nella risoluzione delle vulnerabilità identificate durante le valutazioni di vulnerabilità e i** test di penetrazione**
I nostri **MUST**:
- Esperienza pregressa in Cyber Security
- Esperienza di Security by Design e/o Penetration Testing
- Conoscenza delle principali architetture di sicurezza, NAC, WAF, EDR, PAM, SIEM, Secret Management, segmentazione/zonazione della rete, e dei framework di sicurezza (NIST, OWASP etc.), e della loro adozione in contesti complessi
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- La provenienza dal mondo Gaming o Banking rappresenta un plus
