We bring together a great number of entrepreneurs from all over the world with a common objective. We handle all critical information pertaining to the supply chain. We earn a service commission of approximately a third of the added value generated by the entire process, capitalizing on increase of the brand value due to sales development. We do all this while continuously researching and implementing the best IT technology and the driving constant improvement of web integration to manage all our business processes. We stand for antitrust of the network.

**Who we are looking for**
- We are looking for a new resource to join BasicNet Group as a **Talent Acquisition Intern**. The new collegue will support the HR team in the search and selection activities across all the company divisions, and also the organisation and management of company’s training needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required_**
- Bachelor’s Degree (a Master in HR is a strongly considered requirement)
- Knowledge of the main IT tools (especially Excel);
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2 at least);
- Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to work in a team;

**Key responsabilities**
- Support in the organization of the employees’ onboarding and offboarding management;
- Support in the management of contacts with universities, training agencies and business schools; partecipation in Career Days and job fairs.
- Support the management, planning and delivery of mandatory in-company training for all new resources (mandatory compliance courses and safety cour-ses);
