**YOUR TASKS**
- Provide support to the SE QHSE Director and team in the development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), IT Service Management Systems (IT SMS), Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE);
- Ensure that the documentation, concerning the procedures or certifications, records and reporting is available and updated;
- Ensure that all systems records are kept and available (ISMS, IT SMS, QMS and HSE);
- Ensure that records of certification and relevant systems are available at the requested date;
- Update ISMS, IT SMS, QMS and HSE as defined by the SE QHSE Director;
- Provide support during internal audits;
- Attend to ISMS, IT SMS, QMS and HSE certifications and maintenance activities;
- Create and update all necessary files.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor degree in Management Engineering, Business Economics or similar.
- Excellent Team Player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs
- Service and Project oriented.
- Serious and committed to the company.
- Willing to work in a busy team where learning new skills are essential and capacity to share the knowledge with the other team members.

- Good knowledge of current informatics systems (Windows, Office Package)

- Ability to understand, speak and write English (at least B2)
- Ability to understand, speak and write in other EU languages will be considered an advantage
- High degree of discretion and integrity
- Knowledge of ISO standards will be considered a plus (ISO 27001 and/or ISO 9001 and/or ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001)
