'The Purpose of the OMS Champion Job is to support the implementation of the Operations Management System on site and ensure sustainability. This includes the development and coaching of the site leadership team (supervisors and coordinators) and the tracking of the OMS achievements. This role needs specific training and skills that need to be developed through dedicated Corporate Training. The effort is important and significat results can be achieved only with focused commitment.
