**Posizione**:
La figura ricercata dovrà coordinare un team multidisciplinare di creativi (illustratori, copywriter, motiongrapher e videomaker) che hanno l’obiettivo di disegnare esperienze di apprendimento efficaci e coinvolgenti. Partendo dall'identificazione dei bisogni formativi fino alla scrittura e la creazione di corsi dinamici ed interattivi in linea con le esigenze dell’azienda.
Siamo alla ricerca di una persona creativa e curiosa, con una forte passione per la formazione e la scrittura, aggiornata sulle nuove tendenze dell’apprendimento e dell’e-learning, con esperienza nell’ambito della formazione online.
**Requisiti**:
Requisiti:
- Esperienza di 1-2 anni in un ruolo analogo (preferibilmente in contesti aziendali o consulenziali);
- Buona conoscenza delle principali teorie di apprendimento e dei modelli di progettazione didattica;
- Conoscenza avanzata di Microsoft Power Point e conoscenza base di strumenti di authoring (es. Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Elucidat);
- Buona capacità di scrittura e copywriting;
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche di funzionamento dei principali LMS;
- Ottime capacità di coordinamento e gestione di un team multidisciplinare;
- Ottime doti organizzative, forte autonomia e capacità di gestire in maniera efficace la comunicazione con il cliente.
Completano il profilo:
- Diploma, laurea o master nel mondo della formazione e/o della formazione digitale;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Creatività e proattività.

Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurati all’esperienza maturata.
